Community Support Workers

At The Inclusion Spot, our Community Support Workers, Zaira, Judit, Sara and Maria do more than provide everyday assistance. They build meaningful relationships, encourage independence and help individuals living with disabilities feel connected, confident and included in their communities.

We understand that everyone’s needs, abilities and goals are different. Our dedicated Community Workers provide personalised, compassionate support that focuses on each individual’s strengths, interests and aspirations.

Support That Makes a Difference

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to participate in their community, develop meaningful connections and live a fulfilling life.

Our Community Workers take the time to understand each person and their family, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued, respected and empowered.

At The Inclusion Spot, it’s not just about providing support – it’s about creating opportunities, building confidence and helping every individual thrive.
