From Passion to Purpose: The Inclusion Spot’s Journey!

Hey there, wonderful souls! Welcome to our first blog post at The Inclusion Spot – Today, we’re excited to give you a glimpse into who we are, what we stand for, and how we’re making a difference in the world of disability support, right here in Sydney.

At The Inclusion Spot, we’re not just another disability support provider – we’re a fresh approach to customer-centered care. Founded by parents and carers who understand firsthand the challenges and joys of supporting a loved one with a disability, we bring a level of empathy and understanding that sets us apart.

Our journey began with Jasmine our founder and the driving force behind The Inclusion Spot. Together with her husband Steven and their lifelong friend Joseph, they embarked on a mission to create a welcoming space for families like theirs to connect and receive quality support and care. Their personal experiences as parents and carers inspired them to create a organisation where compassion and understanding reign supreme.

We’re super proud of our diverse team which is made up of individuals from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. We believe that diversity is our strength, and it’s what allows us to provide truly inclusive and support services to our community. Whether it’s support coordination, assistance with daily living, or speech therapy, we’re here to meet you where you are and empower you to reach your full potential.

Since our humble beginnings, we’ve grown and evolved, welcoming new team members and expanding our services. But through it all, our commitment to guiding individuals with disability through life’s challenges, celebrating their successes, and empowering them remains unwavering.

So whether you’re a family seeking support, an individual ready to transform disabilities into superpowers, or simply someone who champions inclusivity, we invite you to join us at The Inclusion Spot. Together, let’s create a world where every soul shines bright. Welcome home.
