What is Support Coordination
Support Coordination services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are designed to assist participants in navigating and maximizing their support options. Support Coordination aims to enhance the overall effectiveness of a participant’s NDIS plan, helping to build their independence and achieving the best possible outcomes by connecting participants with the right supports.

How we can help
Our Support Coordinators work collaboratively with you, helping you understand and implement your NDIS plan. Our role as Support Coordinators is to connect you with various service providers, and ensure seamless delivery of supports. We also empower you by building your capacity to manage your NDIS funding effectively and make informed choices about your services.
Whether it involves organising appointments, addressing concerns, or facilitating communication between different support providers, we are here to help!
Our Support Coordinators are also qualified Social Workers and are trained in First Aid. All of our staff must provide a “Working with Children” certificate and a “Police Check” before being employed. Our team prides itself on being highly compassionate and focused on delivering person-centered supports each and every day.
