WHO WE ARE & WHERE WE COME FROM
We are parents, we are carers and we get you.
At The Inclusion Spot, our directors are also parents and primary carers, meaning we truly understand the challenges you face every day while striving for independence and caring for loved ones with disability. Our founders have been there themselves, caring for loved ones with complex medical conditions and disabilities. With our carefully selected team, we bring not only expertise but also genuine compassion to support you and your loved ones just as we would our own family.
Navigating the world of disabilities can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to guide you through it every step of the way. In addition to our personal experiences, we bring a wealth of professional expertise to the table. Together, we’ve even established a charitable organization, Project Generosity Inc, back in 2016, further demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Our History
Company History
Project Generosity Inc
In 2016 Jasmine and Steven two directors of The Inclusion Spot founded Project Generosity Inc, a charitible organisation with DGR status. Project Generosity initially started as a passion project for them to provide much needed support and care for families in need. It has since its foundation helped bring smiles to over 100 families who were going through difficult times.
Jonah's Journey
February 2017 Jasmine and Steven begin the disability journey with their son Jonah. The appointments, tests and therapy begin.
The Inclusion Spot
In September 2023, Jasmine, along with her husband Steven joined forces with lifelong friend Joseph to establish The Inclusion Spot.
Steven and Jasmine, in sharing the experience of raising their son Jonah, recognised the glaring gaps in support for families like theirs. Similarly Joseph’s motivation for starting The Inclusion Spot was driven by his own experience in caring for his late father Peter for over a decade. After suffering extensive hypoxia damage to the brain Peter was left in a vegetative state and cared for by his family.
The goal for The Inclusion Spot was simple: to establish a welcoming place where families, especially those with diverse needs like theirs, could find support and thrive together.
The First Growth Spurt
In January 2024 the team at The Inclusion Spot grew to include 10 new support workers and Pierre as the 4th director. Pierre’s inclusion brought over 15 years experience in design and marketing and 6 years experience working for not-for-profits and other disability support providers.
