From providing support to empowering individuals to achieve their goals, our Support Super Heroes are the heartbeat of every success story. 

Get to know Judit

Meet Judit, 35-year-old Social Worker with 8+ years supporting children and teens with special needs. Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, she adores nature, photography, and Chai tea. She brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a dash of sunshine to the team!

Agnes Sydney Support Worker

Agnes is a warm-hearted and cheerful soul who brings positivity wherever she goes. Known for her big heart and infectious smile, she loves making people happy and always gives her best in everything she does. Whether she’s lending a helping hand or simply brightening someone’s day, Agnes approaches life with love, kindness, and a can-do spirit that makes everyone around her feel seen and supported.

Meet Soraya, a fun-loving 31-year-old registered Nurse and Midwife. Soraya finds joy in spending time with her family and indulging in uplifting music. Fun fact: she’s gearing up for her first triathlon! She brings her expertise, patience, and kindness to the team!

Denae Sydney Support Worker

Denae is a deeply compassionate and driven support worker with 10+ years experience in the disability sector. She lovingly raised her younger brother, who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and brings a unique blend of personal insight and professional dedication to every role she takes on. She’s known for going above and beyond — never hesitating to roll up her sleeves and do whatever it takes to bring comfort, care, and a smile to those she supports.

Harri Sydney Support Worker
Get to know Harri

Harri Mawson is an enthusiastic 19-year-old support worker since 2022. Currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Macquarie University, Harri brings creativity and compassion to his work — shaped by a childhood surrounded by mental health professionals and a younger brother with autism. He’s a big fan of working out, politics, cooking and Star Wars. Harri loves building meaningful connections and the individuality that come with supporting others.

Get to know Tania

Meet Tania, a 45-year-old super soccer mum of three adventurous teens. Fluent in Arabic and English, she brings firsthand experience in caring for loved ones with diverse needs, from anxiety to cerebral palsy. As a dedicated Teachers Assistant in a high school’s Diversity department, she champions inclusivity everyday, living by Mary Mckillop’s timeless wisdom: “Never see a need without doing something about it.” In her downtime you’ll catch Tania whipping up magic in the kitchen!

Katherine Paediatric OT
Get to know Katherine*

Meet Katherine, a Paediatric Occupational Therapist dedicated to going the extra mile to help kids reach their full potential. Katherine studied at Western Sydney University and holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She has a special interest in assisting kids in understanding their own sensory processing in a chaotic and ever-changing world. When she’s not on the job, you’ll find Katherine chasing around her daughter with an ever-present cup of coffee in hand. *Katherine is currently on maternity leave.

Meet Elana, a 23-year-old Italian who has a passion for learning, teaching and making people smile!  She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences and is currently pursuing her Honours in Psychology. She loves the outdoors, but also enjoys video games, a good book and just about all genre’s of music! Elana is dedicated to supporting and protecting vulnerable individuals and believes that love is the key to everything in life

Karen is a proud mum of two teenage boys with a love for travel, the gym, and giving back through volunteering. After more than 20 years working internationally and across Australia as a strategic HR leader, she made the heartfelt decision to pivot her career and join The Inclusion Spot — driven by a desire to do something more personally fulfilling. Karen brings warmth, wisdom, and a talent for building strong relationships. She’s passionate about making a real difference and lives by one of her favourite quotes: “The best feeling of happiness is when you’re happy because you made someone else happy.”

Georgia Support Worker

Meet Georgia, a 22-year-old support worker, currently completing a Bachelor of Human Science and a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. With two years of experience as a support worker, she aspires to become a pediatric Occupational Therapist. Outside of her studies, Georgia is a devoted Sydney Swans fan and enjoys family snow skiing trips. Her passion lies in making a difference and creating joyful memories with the children and families she works with.

Outside of work, she’s a big animal lover who enjoys exploring new places and unwinding with her favorite Disney movies. Whether she’s offering support to a child or planning her next adventure, Lina brings kindness, compassion, and a touch of magic to everything she does.

Sara is a passionate Colombian psychologist and social worker who brings warmth, empathy, and a strong “can-do” attitude to everything she does. Fluent in English and Spanish, she loves building meaningful connections and using her skills to support others in living more independent, fulfilling lives. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing guitar, painting, baking delicious desserts (even if she claims she can’t cook!) or enjoying a coffee and heartfelt conversation. Sara brings joy, heart, and purpose to her work in the disability sector.

Zaira is a happy and bubbly nurse from Colombia with over 8 years of experience caring for both adults and children with a range of health needs. Now based in Australia, she’s spent the past two years working as a dedicated support worker for children with disabilities—a role she finds incredibly fulfilling. Zaira is passionate about creating safe, joyful environments where those in her care can thrive. Outside of work, she loves baking sweet treats, exploring new places, and connecting with new people, always bringing warmth and positivity wherever she goes.

Salome is a passionate and dedicated 25-year-old support worker with a background in nursing and four years of experience as an Assistant Nurse. She brings care, empathy, and quiet strength to every interaction, inspired daily by the resilience and love of the children and families she supports. Salome finds joy in sharing laughter and light moments, but also values being a steady presence during life’s tougher times. Her work has taught her to see the world through the heart—guided by love. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, dancing, running, and has a serious soft spot for dark chocolate!

Sara is a compassionate and energetic 30-year-old support worker from Austria with over six years of experience in the disability sector. A qualified kindergarten teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, she brings warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of people to her work. Sara loves helping others flourish, celebrating both small achievements and big milestones. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and dancing, and is happiest outdoors or with loved ones (and a good coffee in hand!). A fan of C.S. Lewis and the music of Brandon Lake, Sara lives with heart, purpose, and a spirit of adventure.

Natalie is a warm and dedicated 48-year-old support worker from Malta with over 30 years of experience working with children. Holding a Certificate III in Childcare, she has worked across childcare settings, as a nanny, and in an SSP school, bringing patience, understanding, and a genuine love for helping others to everything she does. Natalie finds great joy in supporting growth, learning, and connection. A proud mother of four, she’s also an avid reader and loves building her home library. Outside of work, you’ll often find her gardening, spending time with family and friends, or cuddling her rescued cats. Natalie balances her caring nature with a love of order, creativity, and coffee (or tea depending on the day).
Amy Disability Inclusion Support Worker

Amy is a caring and motivated 43-year-old support worker from Australia with a background in both law and education. After 15 years as a licensed conveyancer, the birth of her daughter with additional needs inspired her to pursue a more meaningful path supporting children. She holds Certificates III and IV in School-Based Education and Support, has studied teaching and education, and is now completing a Bachelor of Education to become a special needs teacher. Amy’s empathy and life experience help her create nurturing, inclusive spaces where every child can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys crochet, good coffee, and classic films like Drop Dead Fred

Sebatian
Get to know Sebastian

Sebastian is a friendly and outgoing 21-year-old from Sydney with a South American background, half Argentine and half Uruguayan. A high school graduate with First Aid and CPR training, he brings strong communication and teamwork skills from his three years at McDonald’s and his current role as a Guest Service Agent with Virgin Australia. Sebastian loves working in the disability sector for the opportunity to make life a little easier and brighter for individuals and their families. Sporty and adventurous, he enjoys hiking, travelling, and cheering on his beloved West Tigers. In his downtime, you’ll find him playing FIFA or watching movies. Sebastian’s positive energy and genuine care make him a valued part of any team. Fun fact: he once dabbled in modelling and acting, appearing in a few TV shows and movies as a kid!

Debora is a compassionate and dedicated 31-year-old support worker from Peru, bringing her background as a Clinical Psychologist to her work with children, teenagers, and individuals with diverse needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she approaches her role with empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to inclusion. Debora is passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting people to live empowered, fulfilling lives—always seeing their strengths beyond limitations. Her warm nature and genuine curiosity help her connect deeply with those she supports, believing that every story deserves to be heard and valued. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, and relaxing with a good coffee. A fan of Wonder and the music of Dua Lipa, Debora brings creativity, kindness, and heart to everything she does.
